Our dream has always been to create a relaxed environment that delivers personalized treatments with a knowledgeable staff. We strive to be convenient, affordable and fit in with your busy schedule. We offer the very latest in skincare techniques and the best in hand-picked, results-oriented skincare products. Our licensed skin therapists are highly trained, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all things skin! Voted #1 Day Spa on the Peninsula, our specialties include fast and fabulous waxing (our Brazilian Bikini wax has a cult following), relaxing yet deep cleansing facials and blissful massage. Having worked together for more than 28 years, we love what we do and it will show on you!

You can book most of our services online but we are also happy for you to call us directly as well at 650.458.9725.
NEW CLIENTS: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete our health/skin questionnaire.
RUNNING LATE? To maximize the benefits of your treatment, please arrive on time for your appointment. If your treatment is delayed because of late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest isn't inconvenienced.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand life gets hectic. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or make changes, please contact us through our online booking system or call us at 650.458.9725 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged for your scheduled services.
This policy is automatically enforced by our booking system. The front desk cannot override this policy so please be kind to them.
GIVE GENEROUSLY: GLOW GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are available online or you can purchase them in the salon anytime. They can be purchased in any amount and used for products and services. Gift cards are like cash, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

PROFESSIONAL SKIN CARE
Our products are carefully chosen and self-tested to meet our own Glowing standards, on everything from those fine lines that sometimes are not so fine, to the ever-important zit zapping potion, to products that, well, we just think smell good.
BE TOTALLY HAPPY: If you are not overjoyed with a product, please return it with the receipt within 14 days and we will issue you a Glow Credit for future use. Some exceptions apply.

Our cancellation policy is:

If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will not be charged for your appointment. Cancellation requests can be made via phone, email or online.

If you call us at 650.458.9725 (leave a message if we're closed) after the 24 hours has passed but before 9a on the day of your appointment, you will be charged for 50% of your service automatically. Email cancellations will not be honored and will incur the full 100% cancellation fee.

Beth has been a licensed esthetician since 1996 and has been at Glow for 14 years. She has a passion and flair for waxing, as well as a commit-ment to helping clients con- quer their skincare challenges, always rewarded by their post-treatment Glow!
JAMIE MARTIN
OWNER/ESTHETICIAN
Jamie joined Glow in 2006 as a massage therapist with years of experience and a gentle nurturing touch. In 2010, she became a licensed esthetician and further expanded her client base.
RENZA PLEVIN
OWNER/ESTHETICIAN
Renza stumbled into being an esthetician 26 years ago via her love of make-up. She was able to merge that art with the craft of facials and waxing, and has recently extended her skills to lash extensions, becoming an in-demand esthetician in the Bay Area.
JEN ROWELL
OWNER/ESTHETICIAN
Jen has been an esthetician for 21 years and she loves what she does - making clients look and feel better every day! She is passionate about painless waxing and researching effective ingredients and results-driven treatments focused on improving your skin.
