WHAT IS A HYDRAFACIAL?
The HydraFacial MD® Treatment is a four step customized facial treatment that works to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the skin, thus improving skin tone and texture. Your HydraFacial will include a strong dose of Red and/or Blue LED light therapy. Red light to enhance collagen, and plump and firm your skin; blue light to kill acne bacteria and tighten up your pores. WHAT TO EXPECT
WHAT'S IT LIKE TO GET A HYDRAFACIAL?
A HydraFacial treatment can take as little as 30 minutes or as long as 75, depending on the version you choose. The HydraFacial device has different nozzles, aka "tips", each of which have a spiral design and offer airtight suction to cleanse, exfoliate, extract pores, and deliver antioxidants. The HydraFacial treatment utilizes a four-step process to gently resurface and revitalize the skin:

HOW SHOULD YOU CARE FOR YOUR SKIN BEFORE YOUR HYDRAFACIAL?
It’s a good idea to avoid using products with retinol, glycolic acid and salicylic acid for 48 hours before a HydraFacial. You can get a HydraFacial five days after Botox and two weeks after other injectables. If you have had any laser treatments recently, you should wait a full month before getting a HydraFacial. The HydraFacial is NOT SUITABLE for clients with aspirin allergies and those who are pregnant or breast feeding.
HOW SHOULD YOU CARE FOR YOUR SKIN AFTER YOUR HYDRAFACIAL?
After a HydraFacial treatment, avoid spending time out in the sun for 48 hours (exfoliation increases your skin’s sun sensitivity), and make sure you wear at least an SPF 30 sunscreen before you go outside. You should also avoid intense workouts for 24 hours post-HydraFacial. You can start using topical prescriptions 24 hours after a HydraFacial.
